How the marketplace works

If you want to buy a course

1. Browse. Every listing shows what the course covers, its outline, sample media and reviews from other buyers — before you pay anything.
2. Buy or claim. Add as many licences as you need to your basket and pay for them in one Stripe checkout, or buy a single course outright. Free courses are claimed in one click. Either way you finish with a licence key per licence.
3. Redeem it in your own system. In your FlexManager instance go to Marketplace → Redeem and paste the key. The course is imported into your instance and is yours to assign.
4. Review it. Come back to the course page and paste the same key to leave a verified review for the next buyer.
5. Find a key again later. Sign in under My Purchases with any licence key you hold, or with a one-time code sent to the address you bought under, and every key you have ever been issued is listed there.

A licence is either a pack (a set number of completions) or a period (unlimited completions inside a date window) — whichever the vendor offers. The course page states which before you buy.

If you want to sell your courses

1. Ask to become a vendor from inside your own FlexManager instance. Approval is manual — we check who you are before anything of yours can appear here.
2. Set up payouts. Registration hands you off to Stripe once, to confirm who you are and where you are paid. Buyers pay the marketplace and Stripe passes your share straight to your own account - we never hold your bank details.
3. Publish a course from your instance. It arrives here as a private draft: nobody can see it yet.
4. Open the vendor portal using the Marketplace link in your instance. That link signs you in — there is no separate marketplace password to manage.
5. Fill in your profile, set your pricing, add sample media, then publish. A listing cannot go live without a package and real course content, which is deliberate.

You keep control: pricing, preview media, publishing and suspending are all yours, and you can reply publicly to any review of your courses. A paid course cannot go live until your payout setup is complete - that guard exists so no sale ever happens with nowhere to send the money. Free courses can go live straight away.

If you do not have a FlexManager instance yet

Courses bought here are delivered into a FlexManager instance — that is where your people take them and where the records live. Browsing is open to everyone, but redeeming a license key needs an instance of your own.
